With chaos and confusion amongst us during the Covid-19 Pandemic, it’s easy to lose the feeling of home during this time. For many, home could mean safety, certainty, comfort, or freedom. Although, being isolated within four walls, we are faced with the opportunity to re-define the meaning of home. For myself, I found home within myself, my family and friends, and my music. Wherever you are, I challenge you to imagine and define what “home,” without walls, means to you.
I am thinking of everyone and their families through this difficult time. Let us remind ourselves of comforting constants that still exist within the world, such as loved ones and nature. The ground is safe, and we are all going to get through this together.
When working towards big goals, the end result should not define the whole purpose of your drive. There is so much power in the process of creating, and you have to own yourself. Although personal doubt is inevitable, you must create because you believe in what you’re making.
